Legal BPO

Running a business requires legal support that combines a business-minded and multidisciplinary perspective, particularly when issues span different areas of law. We coordinate our clients’ legal needs by assessing risks, identifying opportunities, allocating work and ensuring that each issue is handled by professionals with the appropriate expertise. Our aim is to make legal support an active part of business strategy, aligned with our clients’ broader commercial objectives. As part of an engagement, members of our team may also be seconded to work in-house with the client

Receivables

Investing in Brazilian receivables that are subject to litigation or being quantified in court has become an attractive option for specialised investment funds. The market, however, presents both opportunities and risks. We conduct legal due diligence to provide investment funds with greater certainty as to the existence, origin, ownership and potential value of a receivable, as well as the likely course and outcome of the proceedings in which it is being disputed or quantified.
