Fábio Polli Rodrigues

Fábio is one of the founding partners of the firm. He holds an academic Master’s degree in Procedural Law and is the author of several published articles. His expertise lies in corporate and commercial litigation, including arbitration. Fábio also has nearly 20 years of experience in both domestic and international contracts.

Jamile represents the new generation of legal professionals. In addition to practising business law, she has a keen interest in new technologies, social media, and their interaction with law. At the same time, she is well-versed in navigating and overcoming the bureaucratic challenges that still exist in our legal system.

Natália Montserrat

Natália has a dual background. In addition to being a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Civil Law, she also holds a degree in Business Administration with a postgraduate specialisation in International Trade. This, combined with her business experience, gives her a unique perspective on what companies go through and what they need.

Jaqueline Sluiuzas

Jaqueline is the naming partner responsible for our M&A practice. With over 20 years of experience in corporate and contract law, she has led major Brazilian and international transactions. Jaqueline holds an academic Master’s degree in Business Law, obtained in Europe, and has been recognised in professional rankings for three consecutive years.

João Lucas A. de Paula

João is specialised in Business Law, with expertise in Corporate and Contract Law, as well as knowledge in litigation matters. He completed part of his studies in France and speaks several languages, which enhances his ability to serve clients in different international contexts.

Ana Luiza Brandão Xavier

Ana Luiza holds a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and focuses her practice on non-contentious matters, with particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and providing legal support to the entertainment industry. Fluent in English, she advises both Brazilian and international clients with confidence, even in high-stakes and time-sensitive transactions.
