Fábio Polli Rodrigues

Fábio is a founding partner of the firm and leads its dispute resolution practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Procedural Law and is the author of published legal articles. With more than 20 years’ experience, his practice focuses on corporate disputes, complex litigation, arbitration and mediation, as well as domestic and international contracts and strategic advice on business matters.

Jamile practises business law with a growing focus on strategic litigation. She has a particular interest in the interaction between law and technology, including artificial intelligence and digital rights, and has taken part in postgraduate academic discussions at the University of São Paulo (USP). She also produces legal content aimed at making digital rights and related legal issues more accessible.

Natália has a dual background. In addition to being a lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Civil Law, she also holds a degree in Business Administration with a postgraduate specialisation in International Trade. This, combined with her business experience, gives her a unique perspective on what companies go through and what they need.

Jaqueline Sluiuzas

Jaqueline is a name partner of PRSL and leads the firm’s business advisory practice, focusing on M&A, commercial contracts and cross-border transactions. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and contract law. She has led major Brazilian and international transactions and has been recognised in professional legal rankings

João Lucas A. de Paula

João specialises in Business Law, focusing on corporate and contract law and corporate disputes. His international background and command of several languages inform his work on cross-border matters and with clients from different business environments. He was recognised in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Brazil™ 2024 in the field of Corporate and M&A Law.

Ana Luiza Brandão Xavier

Ana Luiza focuses on non-contentious business law, particularly the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and legal advice to the entertainment sector. A graduate of Mackenzie Presbyterian University and fluent in English, she advises Brazilian and international clients on matters requiring close attention to commercial objectives, legal risk and timing, including complex and time-sensitive transactions.
